Become A Wildlife Images Member!

A message from Dave Siddon, Second Generation Executive Director of Wildlife Images:

Dear Friends and Wildlife Supporters,

I’m inviting you to join our family.

When you become a member of Wildlife Images Rehabilitation & Education Center, you join a tremendous group of people who are doing wonderful things for our natural world. Here at Wildlife Images we receive and care for almost 1,000 animals in need of assistance every year. Our release rate is near 50%, and with your assistance, we hope to grow that already tremendous accomplishment even more in 2010.

Currently, we offer public educational programs at our 24-acre facility and oof-site through outreach programs. Our education outreach teams visit well over a hundred schools, clubs, and special events of all types every year. We also host educational tours, events, camps, and other programs at our facility all year, including weekends and holidays. More than 30,000 visitors come through Wildlife Images' gates annually, with that number expanding every year.

Every year we allocate over $240,000 for animal care and rehabilitation, with an additional $110,000 spent on public educational programs. It's a big job, but one that we at Wildlife Images embrace fully. And you know the best part? We do all of these great things thanks in large part to people like you - supporters that care about Wildlife Images, and want to help us expand our mission and services even further. We receive no funding from Federal, State, or Local governments; we rely solely on contributions from individuals and organizations. In tough economic times, we value our supporters that much more - because we know firsthand how tough it can be to stretch those dollars. But our supporter have, time and time again, continued to not only keep our gates open but to provide for continued growth and development.

But we are far from done! Please join our family today and make a long term commitment to the health of your native wildlife. Every membership goes directly to supporting and expanding Wildlife Images, ensuring that this amazing facility will remain here to teach others for years to come.

There are six membership levels. Click here for more details. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Development Coordinator Chip Weinert at (541) 476-0222 or via e-mail at chipw@wildlifeimages.org
