Draco joined us almost immediately after we put out a search for sugar gliders needing a permanent home. He came from a college student in Eugene who was moving back to California where it is illegal to have sugar gliders as pets. He has turned out to be a great education ambassador with a message about long-term commitment and awareness of restrictions when deciding to bring an exotic pet into the family.

With over 80 animal ambassadors, and over 1,000 sick injured and orphaned animals brought to our center each year - every dollar counts. We rely solely on people like yourself to support the work we do.

We receive no State or Federal funding and depend entirely on private funds to carry out our Mission.
